We founded LEAR in order to make hospitality more of an interest for people again. We have specialised in the field because every vacant position and every company has different benefits and motives for changing, which have to be explored in advance. In addition, the corporate design must be fitting so that the applicant can immediately identify with the company. This is what we find so intriguing. Each assignment is unique, not only in terms of content but also in terms of the design language used.
We are detail-oriented and believe that everything must align seamlessly in order to achieve desired results.

Our mission

We believe that strong recruiting alone can only be successful to a limited extent and that many current recruiting methods no longer correspond to the current zeitgeist. For this reason we have made it our mission and goal to generate qualified candidates for the hospitality industry with our tailor-made marketing strategies and processes.

The optimal use of our potentials.

The fusion of our core competencies. We realized that our skills complement each other very well. With Jason's years of experience in customer / guest contact and sales and Steven's expertise in marketing, we created the perfect conditions to start a joint company.

1. May 2017

Founding of LEAR Consulting

At the end of 2020 we decided to found a consulting company, which initially focused on performance marketing of all kinds. This included, for example, employee recruitment, the marketing of online stores / products and the generation of leads.

10. December 2020

A further strength in our team

Through the addition of Julian Melgers useful synergies developed which further benefitted the company. Through his many years of experience as an independent entrepreneur, he brings structure to the processes and ensures a flawless, seamless and rapid implementation of orders.

Founding of LEAR-GTR

Through the experience we have gained in the past years through LEAR Consulting we have developed a great passion for employee recruitment. We specialise in hospitality because we see great room for opportunity and action, which we would like to act on.
